What can I expect during a session?
The receiver remains clothed and lies face up on a cushioned treatment table; there is no massage or manipulation of muscles involved.

Is there anything I need to do ahead of time before receiving a Jin Shin Jyutsu session?
We suggest wearing comfortable clothing, and if you eat before a session to have a lighter meal than usual. If you eat a large meal before the session a lot of your body’s energy will be focused on digesting your food instead of healing your body! Equally, a meal directly after a session is not recommended for the same reason.
What does a Jin Shin Jyutsu session cost?
The fees can to vary from one practitioner to another however here at Nousoma Health Centre we charge $120.00 for the first session which takes 2 hours and $105.00 for future sessions which take 1.5 hours.
How long will it take to help my condition improve?
The response to a session is unique to each individual. Conditions of muscular tension are generally the quickest to resolve. The more chronic a condition, the longer it will take to get better, though improvement in symptoms may be almost immediate. Consistency in receiving sessions as well as the regular application of Self-Help routines is a recommended strategy.
